Christophe Sibilat is one of those who can be said to have had 1000 lives. From dancer at the Paris Opera to tourist guide in the Sinai desert, his path to sophrology did not seem, a priori, to be all mapped out.
And yet, during his last job in aviation, Christophe realizes that he is no longer aligned with his inner self.
He is taking advantage of a professional break to take some time for himself and explore sophrology.
This is what allows him to realign with himself and reconnect with what he loves: transmission.
Today, Christophe shares with us the keys to understanding breathing techniques including Breathwork, a powerful therapeutic tool that can lead to an altered state of consciousness. He discusses with us its benefits for fighting stress and anxiety, releasing emotional blockages and trauma. Finally, Christophe shares with us his well-being rituals to realign yourself daily with your body, mind and soul.
Warning : As Christophe points out, it is recommended not to practice certain techniques such as abbreviated holotropic breathing at home and especially not in a bath. All forms of conscious breathing that lead to an altered state of consciousness are strongly discouraged for pregnant women, people with a history of epilepsy, schizophrenia, people who have undergone recent non-healed surgery, people who have glaucoma or retinal detachment, people who have respiratory problems, people who have had a recent stroke.
